Dave Saunders, Chief Executive Officer of LEA Group Holdings Inc. and President of LEA Consulting Ltd. a LEA Group of Company. He has been associated with the Company for the past 31 years. Joining as Engineer in 1978, Dave took over as CEO in 2008 and has been instrumental in building LEA Group a global consultancy firm in engineering and planning field. Dave has a balanced approach to managing projects in which there is a close relationship between urban design, transportation and the environment. During his 31 year career with LEA, Dave has completed a wide range of multi-disciplinary projects, requiring such disciplines as traffic operations analysis, engineering design, project management, energy consumption and efficiency, economic feasibility studies and road management systems. He has managed number of large-scale studies including one for the City of Toronto on the operational impacts of dismantling the east end of the Gardiner Expressway. He also played a major role in the Central Area Transportation Review in which he examined the need for additional infrastructure to meet the long term demand for travel into the Central Area of the City of Toronto. His academic credentials include a Bachelors degree in Urban & Economic Geography from University of Toronto, Master Degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Queen's University and Master Degree in Transportation Engineering from University of Toronto.

Mr. Pinaki Roychowdhury is a qualified Civil Engineer with postgraduate qualification in Highway and Transportation engineering from IIT Kharagpur. With over 16 years of rich experience in the field of Highway Planning and Project management, he has worked on nearly over 55 highway/ expressway projects funded by domestic and international agencies. As in-charge of Highway Engineering Section, he guides the highway team for finding solutions to complex design problems. He has advised on all matters related to detailed engineering design and project management for highway, bridge projects of various magnitudes. Under his guidance, LASA’s department of Highway Engineering has grown to over 380 staff. With vision and strategic planning, instrumental in expanding business to Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Ethiopia.

Dr. M. P. Raju, B.E., M.Planning, Ph.D.

Dr. M.P. Raju is a qualified civil engineer with higher academic credentials in traffic engineering, transport economics and planning. He has over 22 years of experience, and over 50 projects to his credit. He is known for his expertise in Policy Planning, Economic analysis, institutional development, socio-economic and environmental planning at urban, regional and national levels. Besides his technical skills, he has also contributed significantly to LASA’s diversification. His perfection and going to the minute details of the project translates into innovative and cost effective project formulations and outstanding study reports. Dr. Raju heads the planning units of LASA. Guide and supervise multi-disciplinary team of a number of planning projects to achieve innovative and scientific solutions.

Dr. A. Panneerselvam has over 24 years of rich experience in urban and regional development, socio-economic and public policy planning. Dr. Selvam has the rare distinction of working experience on several consultancy and research projects funded by the World Bank, ADB, various Indian infrastructure funding agencies, Central Government and many State Governments in India. He has the experience of working in over 22 States in India. Being a key member of the LASA corporate strategy group, he is responsible for the formulation and execution of the company's global strategy, Dr. Selvam has been at helm of several key strategic transitions in LASA including expanding its business portfolio in India and abroad. His effective consultation skills enable him to successfully involve project stakeholders in key decision-making processes. Dr. Selvam is a senior member of the several urban and regional professional societies. He is also a regular contributor to conferences and seminars on infrastructure planning in India. He has authored several technical and research papers on urban, regional, environmental and social planning. He is a doctorate in urban and regional planning from University of Sheffield, UK (1996) after obtaining two post-graduations - (a) Town and Country Planning from Anna University, Chennai, India (1984); and (b) Applied Geography from University of Madras, India (1982).

Anupam Gupta, B.E.

Mr. Gupta has more than 20 years of extensive experience in pavement design, evaluation of highway construction materials, construction management, contract management and project management. His broad global perspective has seen the Company expand its horizons beyond domestic borders, and position itself to become a global player. He has number of important projects to his credit in India and abroad, undertaking pavement design / rehabilitation and construction supervision. He has excellent knowledge of latest technology on road construction. His experience as Materials Engineer for various detailed engineering design projects and feasibility studies has been a value addition to his career graph. Mr. Gupta had worked with reputed construction companies in India and abroad. He also manages many other key functions in the organisation including Business Development, Human Resource and administration as well. He is now a Guest Faculty to National Institute of Training for Highway Engineers (NITHE), NOIDA which has added another feather in his cap. Mr. Gupta is one of the most admired and talented engineers in the organisation, known for technological excellence, inherent professionalism and value systems that produce quality in development of indigenous engineering capabilities. He is B.E. (Civil), Gold Medalist from Birla Institutute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, Jharkhand in 1988.

Mr. Ksh. Chaoba Singh has got more then 23 years of experience in various field of accounts & finance and has served in different organization in the various capacity. He has served as Financial Controller in a reputed consultancy firm for more then five years before starting his professional career with LEA Associates in 2006. In capacity of Chief Financial Officer he plays a significant role in the organization's financial growth and development. Besides he is also appointed as Controller of the Company. He is overall responsible of assignments including financial planning, resource mobilization and revenue management, public sector finance, financial management, feasibility studies, budgetary management, fund disbursement and business operations. He is responsible for maintaining financial discipline in the company. His role also include formulating System for monitoring and controlling the projects, proper MIS, Corporate Planning, Tax planning & ROC. He is also responsible for formulating various systems and control for various key aspects of the project, projected cash inflow and outflow vis-à-vis budgeting for optimum utilization/ provision of funds in time for timely completion of project.

Mr. Farrow has 38 years of rich international experience on project financing, financial analysis and resource mobilisation for infrastructure projects, especially in the fields of transportation and urban sectors. Mr. Farrow served in the organisation in the capacity of CEO, LEA Group for 5 years now working as President, LEA International Ltd. and Chairman of LEA Group board. He has been instrumental in formulating and implementing the policy decisions of the Group. Involved in negotiation and finalisation of contracts with multilateral funding agencies. Possess unique leadership qualities and achieving growth targets of the Group. Besides, Mr. Farrow is considered as an authority on strategic planning in the urban sector. Mr. Farrow is a member of a number of international organisations, viz. Canadian Institute of Planners, The Royal Town Planning Institute etc.
